Please <br />address or correct the following issues: <br />1) Exhibit B requires that all manmade structures shall be identified within this exhibit. <br />Per Rule 6.3.2 Ib), please reference the house, shed, and power line within this <br />section. The text appears to reference all fences, roads, etc but please confirm all <br />man made structures within 200 feet are correctly identified. <br />2) Exhibit C requires that the dimensions of all haul roads and access roads be clearly <br />stated. Per Rule 6.3.3 (2)(d) please clarify the dimensions of the access roads and <br />ramps up to 19 Road. <br />3) Please provide a statement as to rather explosives will or will not be used within <br />Exhibit C to satisfy Rule 6.3.3 (2)(p). <br />4) Exhibit E, the Mine Map does not show a general direction of mining activities. Per <br />Rule 6.3.5(2)(d), submit a new map showing the starting point and direction of <br />mining. <br />5) The Reclamation Plan mentions 6H: 1 V ramps that will be left as shallow areas for <br />wildlife. Exhibit E, the Reclamation Map does not reflect the shallow areas to be left <br />in place. Per RDIe 6.3.5(3)(c), please submit a corrected map depicting the correct <br />final topography. <br />6) Please supply a copy of the Public Notice required under Rule 1.6.3. <br />
