ter <br />R E S O L U T I <br />WHEREAS, on the 11th day of August, 1980, the Planning <br />Commission of Morgan County, Colorado, held a hearing upon the <br />application of Galen Headley, for a special use permit for the <br />operation of gravel pit located upon property in an area presently <br />zoned as "A-2" Agricultural District described as follows: <br />Section 29, 30, and 31, Township 5 North <br />Range 55 A*est of the 6th P.Ai. <br />WHEREAS, the commission found that proper notices had <br />been given, reviewed the file and found that all the applicable <br />county requirements had been fulfilled, heard statements from <br />appli¢int and interested parties and found: <br />1. That such a use is permitted by special review in <br />an "A-2" Agricultural District. <br />2. That such a use is within the zoning classification, <br />is compatible with the area and in harmony and character of the <br />neighborhood. <br />3. That there is a need for such proposed use. <br />WHEREAS, the County Zoning Administrator recommends the <br />issuance of a special use permit and which permit would remain in <br />effect as long as the gravel mining permit issued by the State of <br />Colorado remains in full force and effect. <br />Upon motion by George White, seconded by John Stitt, and <br />unanimously carried, the following resolution was adopted. <br />RESOLVED, that the application of Galen Headley for a <br />special use permit as hereinbefore set forth be granted and that <br />this recommendation be referred to the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Morgan County, Colorado, for further processing. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I, E. Ord Wells, Secretary and Attorney to the Morgan County <br />Planning Commission, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing <br />2esolution was unanimously adopted by the Morgan County Planning <br />Commission at a regular meeting held August 11, 1980. <br />DATED this 14th day of August, 1980. <br />E.
