As you <br />are aware, quarterly sampling of full suite water quality is required by <br />Stipulation No. 4 to Permit C-056-82. In general, mine water discharge is <br />considered to be surface water for monitoring purposes. <br />Table C, Page 7 of Section 10, Volume 3 of the Foidel Creek Permit Application <br />Contains two lists, Ground Water and Surface Water.
