Long <br />Division Director <br />Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii)(B) allows for submittal of a letter identifying the Srate or Federal <br />government official with whom the reporting form was filed to meet NPDES permit requirements <br />and the dale of filing. The Division of Minerals and Geology is aware that sediment ponds have <br />yet to be approved and constructed at this site. Submittal of Dischazge Monitoring Reports <br />(DMR) to meet the administrative requirements of your CPDS permit is not necessazy if the <br />letter is submitted.
