In this quarter, <br />intermittent discharges occurred at Points 005, 012 and 015; no <br />discharges occurred at Points 009, 011 and 016. Weekly vehicle <br />access to Points 015 and 016 were closed due to deep snow, <br />monthly visits were conducted with a snowmobile. Points 013, 014 <br />and 017 have not been constructed yet. <br />Numerous mistakes concerning monitoring periods and frequencies <br />were noted on the DMRs. I have corrected those DMRs as I saw <br />necessary. I have been in contact with Tania Watson of your <br />Division in regards to these mistakes. <br />No effluent limits were exceeded this quarter.
