Therefore, exposure of ground <br />water must not occur during or after mining operations. <br />^ The proposed operation will consume ground water by: ^ evaporation, ^ dust control, ^ <br />reclamation. ^ water removed in [hz mined product, ^ processing, ^ other:. <br />Prior to initiation of these uses of ground water, [he applicant will need to obtain either a t>,'avzl pit <br />or other type of well pern3it, as applicable. However, prior to obtaining a permit, an approved water <br />supply plan or decreed plan for augmentation is regwred. <br />^ Prior to approving a will permit, [he applicant must conduct a field inspection of the site and <br />document the locations of all wells within 600 feet of [he permit area. The applicant must then <br />obtain a waiver of objec[lon from all well owners with wells within 600 feet of the permit area or <br />reques[a hearing before the State Engineer. <br />^ Other: <br />COb7D7ENTS: In [he evznt [hat ground water is encountered or surface dtvzrsions are necessary, water is <br />currently available for appropnahon in this area, so an augmentation plan will not be necessary. <br />All water is to be trucked in from off-site sources. No ponds are to be constructed for reclamation. <br />
