Regarding the reclamation plan: When this pit is no <br />longer needed, the owner will plant native grasses <br />and willows. The grass will be seeded at the appro- <br />priate rates. lJillow cuttings will be planted in <br />areas where the cuttings have a chance to take root. <br />2. The contours will indicate that excavating 21 feet at <br />the upstream end of the pit will cause the bottom of <br />the excavation to be level with the existing ground <br />at the lower end of the pit. <br />3. If the river fails to recharge the available gravel <br />source, then no gravel will be mined.
