Several of your concerns aze issues that must be properly
addressed for that company to receive a state reclamation permit. However, before we can
consider your comments your letter must be addressed (heading) to either the Division of
Minerals and Geology or the Colorado Mined Land reclamation Board at 1313 Sherman Street,
Room 215, Denver, CO, 80203. Your letter is headed -Dear Sirs. Your letter must also
reference Agile Stone System's state reclamation permit application rather than a life of the mine
conditional use permit, which is a county permit.
The Division assumes that you have reviewed Agile Stone System's reclamation permit
application, which is on file at the Fremont County Clerk's office. The application is also being
noticed to the general public through a legal add, in a local paper of general circulation.
Please call if you have questions.
Sincerely,
L `'arty.
