All <br />impoundment inspections were conducted by a certified and qualified impoundment <br />inspector. <br />The impounding structures are functioning as designed. None of the maintenance items <br />noted on the inspection reports represent a threat to the structural integrity of the dams <br />nor do they present a threat to the effectiveness of the Trapper Mine drainage and <br />sediment control system.
