2005-OBO. The Division of Minerals and Geology (division) is required to malts an approval or denial
decision no later than September 30. 2005, therefore, your response to the following adequacy review
concams should ba submitted to the Division as soon as possible.

in the local newspaper, and proof of notce to all owners Of raoord of surtaca lands that are In or
within 200 feat of the boundary of the attacted land, Including easement holders. Proof of notice may
