Long <br />D~~~s~~n D~rerw, <br />On June 12, 1996 Larry Routten and myself stopped by to discuss your concerns regarding <br />surficial settling and water noted on your property. During this meeting, you requested the <br />summary of water quality data that is being discharged from the Eagle 5 & 9 Mine. <br />The mine water is collected in mine sumps and pumped to the surface were it passes <br />through atwo-pond system before it is discharged into the Williams Fork River. There are <br />two points where water is discharged into the Williams Fork River; the No. 5 Mine <br />discharge and the 7 North Angle Discharge.
