Box 1289, <br />Montrose, Colorado 81401, has filed an application for a Limited <br />Impact Mining and Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provision of the Colorado Mined Land Act. <br />The Cedar Creek Pit is located in the SW portion SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section <br />25, Township 49 N, Range 8 W N.M.P.M., in Montrose County, Colorado. <br />This mine is an open pit gravel excavation first used in 1955, and <br />-- mined periodically since that date. Present lease will terminate in <br />November, 1984.
