Mount, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist <br />RE: Washington County, Chris Aaegeson Pit #2, File No. M-2000-084 <br />Please be advised that on July 7, 2000, Washington County, whose address and telephone number are 501 4th <br />Ave., Otis, CO 80743; (970) 246-3347, tiled an application to conduct Surface extraction of construction materials <br />and reclamation, at or near Section 25, Township SN, Range 49W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Washington County. <br />Please be advised that the perrnit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The <br />application decision is scheduled for August 7, 2000. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Washington County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Divtsion of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />[f you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by [he Division.
