Throughout this report reference is made to Seneca Coals Limited, the
company responsible for contracting Western Cultural Resource
Management, Inc. to complete the cultural resource inventory for the
Yoast property. In 1983, the name of Seneca Coals Limited was changed
to Peabody Coal Company. Peabody Coal Company has registered the name
of Seneca Coals Ltd, as a trade name and is entitled to conduct business
in that name.
