Waldron <br />Dear Mr. Waldron <br />Pursuant to your conversations and correspondence with Paul Timmins, I am writing this letter <br />to request a detemunation by the Division of Minerals and Geology, or, if required, a <br />Declaratory Order from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board confirming that our <br />proposed activities at Silver Creek Resort are exempt from the requirement for a reclamation <br />permit under Section 1.2.2 of the Construction and Material Rules and Regulations. <br />The following are our responses to the questions you asked us to answer. <br />Please give the legal location of the proposed project and submit an index map that <br />clearly delineated the location of the proposed extraction site and the location of the <br />nearest city, town, etc. <br />The site is located in Sections 4 and 9, Township 1 North Range 76 West of the <br />6th Principal meridian in Grand County, Colorado, approximately 1 mile south <br />and 2 miles east of the town of Gr~rnby.
