Dear Ms. Ryan:
The above referenced files have recently been reviewed by myself to determine
permitted acreage, bond amount and status of each file. These files are all
covered by Bond 4165872 in the amount of $11,000.00. Following is a summary
of the information.
M-77-166 3 acres $1,000.00 Quarry with blasting Active
M-77-167 5 acres E2 ,500.00 Quarry with blasting Active

Please verify that this information is correct for each file.
In addition, I would urge you to consider filing separate bonds for each
site. A separate bond for each file would help to eliminate some of the
confusion surrounding these files.
I have changed the status of File M-77-532SG to active. Our records showed
that we were awaiting warranty on this site but I believe it is part of the
E71,000.00 Bond mentioned above. An annual fee notice for 1987 should be sent
under separate cover.
