There are three permits near NW/4, Section 6, <br />Township 145, Range 91W: <br />1. M-82-154 SE,NW, Section 1, T14S, R92W, Farnsworth Sand and Gravel. <br />2. M-78-169 NW, Section 12, T14S, R92W, Delta County. <br />3. M-77-022 SE, Section 31, T13S, R91W, Delta Sand and Gravel. <br />All of these operations are located in the river gravel plain, below the high <br />water level. Whether any of these are operating outside the permit boundary <br />will need to be determined through afield inspection. <br />We plan to be in the vicinity of these operations when the weather clears next <br />year will check the permit boundaries and operations at that time. <br />Thank you for notifying us of your observations <br />need more information. <br />Sincerely, <br />Harry H.
