Please be advised that on April 6, 2001, Las Animas County, whose address and telephone number are 2000 N.
Linden Ave., Trinidad, CO 81082; (719) 846766, filed an application to conduct Surface extraction of
construction materials and reclamation, at or Dear Section 25, Township 335, Range 62W, 6th Prime Meridian, in
Las Animas County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township,
and Range. The application decision is scheduled for May 7, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Las Animas County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
