Long DivRlpn Olretmr As required by Rule 1.4.6, the Division scheduled an informal conference to define the outstanding issues raised by objectors to the Mamm Creek reclamation permit application. This conference was held at the Rifle City Hall on January 4, 2001. At this conference the objecting party, the City of Rifle, and the applicant stated that they agreed to a continuance of the application consideratior. and stated that they could agree to a 16tarch Board hear:,? on this application. On January 5, 2001 the Division received e letter rrom the applicant's consultant, waiving Roaring Forks Resources rights to a staff decision on January 8, 2001, and the 120 day permit decision, presently scheduled for the January Mined Land Reclamation Board (MLRB) meeting. The letter also requested that cny future hearings required for the review and approval of the application be scheduled so that shis matter may be on the MLRB agenda for its March 21 and 22, 2001 meeting. In response to this request the Division has tentatively rescheduled the Pre-hearing Conference for March 8, 2001, at 1:30 p.m., in the Rifle City Hall. As required by Rule 2.7.1 of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations: 1) At the Pre-hearing Conference, the Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall cause to be proposed a draft pre-hearing order. The draft pre-hearing order shall provide the following: a) a list of the parties' names, addresses and phone numbers; b) a list of issues to be discussed at the Board hearing; c) an outline of the agenda for the Board hearing and allowed times for presentations, cross-examination by parties and closing statements;
