<br />Exhibit N. This site is part of 1000-acre parcel to be purchased by American Soda from <br />Unocal. The project will also use a dedicated rail spur that runs approximately 4 miles <br />from the Piceance Site to deliver products to the Union Pacific Railway main line near <br />the town of Parachute.
