iii iiiiiiiiniii iii <br />899 <br />/- z/- ~~ <br />s/~; EXHIBIT O <br />OWNERS OF RECORD OF AFFECTED LAND (SURFACE AREA) <br />AND <br />OWNERS OF SUBSTANCE TO BE MINED <br />O.1 Owners of Affected Land <br />Ownership of affected land is indicated on Figures C-la through C-lh. <br />0.1.1 Piceance Site <br />The Yankee Gulch Sodium Minerals Project (Yankee Gulch Project) commercial mining <br />operations would occur on property of the United States located within the U.S. Bureau <br />of Land Management (BLM) White River Resource Area near Meeker, Colorado, as <br />described in Exhibit N. Access to the Piceance Site is provided from Rio Blanco County <br />Road 5 (Piceance Creek Road) across land owned by Marathon Oil Company <br />(Marathon). Marathon has granted along-term license that will allow American Soda <br />to access the Piceance Site across Marathon property.
