The lab (SGS) received the sample on 2/14/2007.
On 3/6/2007, the SGS laboratory faxed Oxbow a copy of the analytical results for the discharge. The data indicates a TSS of 47 mgll
which would exceed the primary 35 mgll 30-day average requirement but well below the daily maximum requirement of 70 mg/I.
However, since the discharge is a result of snowmelt inflow we will be claiming the alternate effluent limit for SS. The analytical
results for SS indicated <0.1 mlll/hr which is well below the 0.5 ml/Ilhr requirement. The pond is functioning well and according to the
design.
~ All other parameters appear to be within required limits
Please contact me if you have questions.
Jim Kiger
Oxbow Mining, LLC
3/8/2007
