Inc. is the owner of the surface lands located in the W 1/2 NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 <br />SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 5 North, Range 86 West of the 6th P.M.. Chevron requests that <br />the existing road which is located on the above described parcel, and identified as an access in <br />• Twentymile Coal Company's permit revision number 3 to permit C-82-056, be approved to <br />remain as a permanent road after completion of mining.
