Outfal( 004 <br />i) Desien Caoacity <br />The design capacity of this domestic wastewater treatment works is 0.0115 MGD for hydraulic flow (30-day <br />average) and 25 Ib. SODS per day for organic loading (30-day average}. <br />ii) Facilities OQeration <br />The permittee shall at all times properly operate and maintain all facilities and systems of treatment and <br />control (and related appurtenances) which aze installed or used by the pertnittee to achieve compliance with <br />the conditions of this permit. This provision requires the operation of back-up or auxiliary facilities or <br />similar systems only when necessary to achieve compliance with the conditions of the permit. Section 61.8(3), Biosolids generated by this facility to be used for land <br />application for beneficial use shall comply with [he following limitations. <br />a.
