The PTIR'IE results indicate that the toxicant(s) represent pollutant(s) that may be conttollyd with specific <br />numerical limits, and the Division agrees that the numerical controls are the most appropriate course of <br />action. <br />iii. The PTI/TIE reveals other unique conditions or chazacteristics which, in the opinion of the Division, justify <br />the incorporation of unanticipated special conditions in the permit. <br />B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br />1. Frequency and Sample Tyne <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or noncompliance with the effluent limitations specified <br />in Part I.A.1, the permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following frequencies. Such monitoring will <br />begin immediately and last for the life of the permit unless otherwise noted. The results of such monitoring shall be <br />reported on the Discharge Monitorittg Reports (DMR) (see Part I.E.1. for routine reporting requirements). Also see <br />Part I.B.2. for additioiud monitoring requirements. <br />a. In addition, corrective action shall <br />be taken immediately to mitigate the dischazge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action. ta~ <br />should be included with the DMR. <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified above shall be <br />performed at the following locations: outfalls OOI, 002 and 003 -- all after final treatment and prior to entering Deer <br />Trail Ditch. <br />See Part I.C. for Defmitians. <br />
