Dear Ms Stewart:
Sterling Paving Company utilized the gravel pit on the Clyde
Couch property near the Caliche School this last fall. We
are in the process of converting the mining permit from our
name to another party. We are required by law to notify the
neighbors nearest the gravel pit. I have enclosed a copy of
