<br />~rmit No.: CO-0032751 <br />County: Boulder <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provieion^ of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, <br />(25-8-101 et. seq., CRS, 1973 as amended) and the Federal Water Pollution <br />Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et. seq.; the "Act") the <br />ED±NDRICRS MINING CO. <br />i^ authorized to discharge from the Cross Gold Mine discharge facilities <br />located in SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, T 15, A 73W, 6th P.1!f., just <br />southeast of Caribou and approximately 4 miles northwest of Nederland, <br />Colorado, as shown in figures 1 and 2. <br />to Coon Track Creek, a tributary to North Beaver Creek <br />in accordance with •ffluent limitations, monitoring requirements and other <br />conditions ^et forth in Part I, and II hereof. All discharges authorized <br />herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this permit. <br />The applicant may demand an adjudicatory hearing within thirty (30) days of <br />the issuance of the final permit determination, per Regulation for the State <br />Discharge Psrmit System 6.8.0 (1). Should the applicant choose to contest any <br />of the •ffluent limitations, monitoring requirements or other conditions <br />contained herein, the applicant moat comply with Section 24-4-104 CRS 1973 and <br />the Regulation for the State Discharge Permit System. Failure to contest any <br />such •ffluent limitation, monitoring requirement, or other condition, <br />constitutes consent to the condition by the Applicant. <br />This permit and the authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight, <br />June 30, 1996 <br />Issued and Signed this day of <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH <br />J.
