<br />The issuance of this license shall not preclude the issuance of a Coal lease a[ such time

<br />analysis and study.
<br />Sec. 2. E%PLORATION - The licensee shall diligently explore the lands by dril'_i n3,
<br />excavating or by seophysical or geocheaital survey'_ng or o[nec acceptable cethods. The
<br />licensee is entitled [o use for exploration purposes so much of the satiate of the licensed
<br />lands as is reasonably necessary for such operations in accordance vlth [he approved ex-
<br />ploration plan •~hich is attached and made a parr of [his license.
<br />Sec. 3. OPERATIONS -
<br />(a) Licensee shall coop Lv vich all regulations of the Secretary of the Interior; and,
<br />as to Che lands described herein under his jurisdiction, to [he regulations and
<br />orders of the Secretary of Agriculture.
