Enclosed is a copy of <br />correspondence from Peter O'Connor and a copy of his phone conversation of <br />9-27-86 with a Mr. Crawford. The Division has not heard from either yourself, <br />Mr. Crawford, or Desmuke and Desmuke since that time. In order to avoid <br />enforcement action against your operation, please provide all of the following <br />no later than 5:00 p. m. February 24, 1986: <br />1. A complete and adequate financial warranty for 52,500.00, and a <br />performance warranty (forms enclosed). Please note that in Peter's phone <br />conversation with Mr. Crawford, this item was near completion. You may want <br />to .follow-up with Mr. Crawford. <br />2. Please complete the map started by Desmuke 8 Desmuke. The map should show <br />the following features: <br />a.) Permit boundary. <br />b.) Any disturbance outside of the permit boundary but adjacent to <br />that boundary which was disturbed prior to 1973. Any disturbance on <br />previously disturbed land or on previously undisturbed land that was <br />affected by your operation after 1973 must be included in the permit <br />boundary. <br />c.) Indicate the total acreage contained within the permit boundary. <br />For your operation to remain a limited impact permit, total acreage <br />must be less than ten acres. <br />d.)
