The applicants define both uses as <br />Industrial/Cammercial(IC). However, there is no such category <br />in the Ouray County zoning ordinance. In fact, there are three <br />existing residential parcels contiguous to the permit area, and <br />there are three existing parcels of Foothill/Valley. <br />We believe that the Industrial/Commercial terms are misleading. <br />The goal of reclamation should be For returning the land to the <br />condition of the adjacent ].artd use. <br />Sincerely, <br />/James A.
