Dear Loriane:
Your letter of July 16, 1993, references jurisdictional wetlands
which occur on this property. During the original permitting of
this property, we retained Jan Mckee, a recognized wetland
consultants to delineate the wetlands on this property. The
Littleton Office of the Corps of Engineers agreed with the
delineation. We then designed a mining plan which did not fill any
of the jurisdictional wetlands. The southwestern section of the
site contains the most valuable wetlands and mining has been
deleted from this area. Enclosed with this letter is a copy of a
previous letter from the Corps of Engineers indicating their
confirmation of our wetland delineation.
With this letter you will also find copies of the two unclaimed
letters which were returned to us by the postal service. That
makes 1008 documentation on the 68 letters we sent out.
