Reopener Clause <br />A BAT reopener clause is included on page 14 Section 5, so that the permit <br />can be modified if necessary, following promulgation of effluent Guidelines <br />for the coal industry. <br />E. Activity Permit Status <br />This permit is an activity permit, which will allow for changes in discharge <br />points without the need for a Public Notice period. The permittee shall <br />submit a map, detailing all existing discharge points, within 90 days of <br />permit issuance.
