Please respond to the <br />concerns below no later than August 14, 1985, in order to allow adequate time <br />for staff review prior to the scheduled August 21-22, 1985, Board meeting. <br />1. Please submit the necessary application fee (refer to Rule 2 to <br />determine the amount). <br />2. Please show the location of Rancho Rosado Pit No. 1 in relation to this <br />permit area. <br />3. Please describe the depth of topsoil, depth of topsoil to be salvaged <br />and reapplied during reclamation, depth of overburden, depth of <br />material to be mined, final pit depth; final slopes (horizontal to <br />vertical), nature of the final pit (wet/d.ry). <br />4. Please describe in detail how the pit will be reclaimed. Include <br />information concerning final pit slopes, drainage, species mix and rate <br />(pls/acre), time of planting, fertilizer, need to test soil prior to <br />establishing fertilizer rates, mulch, and other concerns. <br />5. Please include Exhibits G, H, ~I, and J. See Rule 2 for specific <br />requirements. <br />6. Please include additional cost justification in Exhibit L - Reclamation <br />Costs.
