The <br />~d suggest, <br />iscussed. <br />for staff <br />1. Item No. 2 of the 112 application form lists Ducommun Busin ss Trust as <br />the applicant/operator. In Items 3 & 4, Panhandle Drilling Co. is <br />indicated as "operator". The name of the applicant/operato must <br />appear in Item No. 2. If you desire Panhandle Drilling Co. as <br />applicant/operator, please add it to Item 2 and delete Duco mun <br />Business Trust. A 112 application form is enclosed for you use. <br />Please complete the entire form if a change in operator/applicant is <br />desired. <br />2. Since part of the permit area is within the city limits of lma, the <br />application must be in compliance with local zoning regulation for the <br />city of Alma. At this time, there is no indication that th proposed <br />mine is in compliance with city or county zoning regulation This <br />must occur prior to Mined Land Reclamation Board's consider tion of <br />your application. <br />3. All access roads, and entry and exit, should comply with to al zoning <br />standards. Any additional haul roads should be added to th permit by <br />amendment or technical revision. <br />4. Is "Stockpile A" (on Phase 1 and 2) the topsoil stockpile? If so, <br />please identify it on Plate No. 4. Also, Stockpiles B and ? <br />5. Is the proposed milling a physical or chemical process?
