<br />EXHIBIT E <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> <br />Upon completion of the mining operation any unused overburden will first be spread out <br />on site and then covered with 6 to 18 inches of topsoil previously stockpiled on site. The <br />site will be graded level to an approximate elevation of 5440 and will resemble the <br />existing topography of the mesa. The site will be prepared for a seedbed by disc and <br />harrow immediately prior to planting. Planting shall take place between October 151h and <br />December 151. The seed shall be installed with a seed drill to a depth of/a to %a inch. If a <br />broadcasting method is used the recommended seed mix rate shall be doubled and the site <br />raked in two directions immediately following the planting. Fertilizer and mulch is not <br />required. The following is the recommended seed mix and rate of pure live seed (PLS): <br />SPECIES PLS Ibs/ac. <br />Galleta 3.6 <br />Siberian Wheatgrass 3.3 <br />Hycrest Wheatgrass 3.0 <br />Black Sage 0.1 <br />Gazdner's Saltbush 0.5 <br />Scazlet Globemallow 0.2 <br />Yellow Sweetclover 0.7 <br />The reclamation plan is designed to return the site to its previous land use type of high <br />desert scrub wildlife habitat. <br />
