The sediment pond was dry and the
site was very dry considering that early June was wet in most places in Colorado. Also,
the site was heavily grazed although there were no animals present during the visit.
Kent, as we discussed, a sample was drawn of the water impounded by the sediment pond
in early June and was sent to ACZ Labs for the analysis you had requested. A copy of
the analysis is enclosed. The analysis shows that pH, oxygen and TDS are well within
normal limits, therefore the water is acceptable for its intended use, which is water supply
for grazing.
Sincerely yours,
~~
Greg Lewicki, P.E.
Greg Lewicki and Associates
. .a ~ .... .... 1 .. •.!".'l~.~Y ~'~Y'-k1.' -..i`, ~....r /+:y'i ct. 1.. .. r .T..V'.
