The forms are approved by both agencies to reduce duplication. <br />The original Financial and Performance Warranty forms must be sent to the DMG Denver Office for <br />approval. Upland Gravel should also send copies of the approved Warranties to the BLM for their <br />records as well. Once the warranties are approved, the DMG permit will be activated.
