As discussed, the Williams Fork Company has verbal approval from you to
maximize initial dewatering from its sand and gravel pits and pump at rates
not to exceed 1500 gpm. This increased pumping rate will continue for several
days and will be followed by continuous pit pumping not to exceed 600 gpm,
The annual rate of pumping should not exceed an average of 600 gpm. Bruce, I
appreciate your approval of this request as it will expedite sand and gravel
mining at our operation.
Sincerely,
G% 0
William Agnew
Sr. Environmental Engineer
WA/jb
[EQ\WATER]
c: E.C.
