On July 12, 2000, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 112 Construction Materials
Reclamation Permit Application package for the Antero Gravel, File No. M-2000-088. Preliminary review of
the information received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can consider
your applica ' n as being submitted and technical review can begin:
APPLICATION FEE: The Division did not receive the $2,344.00 application fee with the
application package, the Division received $1,875.00.
