Blasting Records <br />Colowyo will keep a record of each individual blast by utilizing report formats shown in <br />Figure 2 -Blasting Record (coal, overburden, and overburden pre-splits), Figure 3 - <br />Blast Report (Lbs Explosives/Drill Hole) (coal, overburden, and overburden pre-splits) <br />and individual Colowyo Drill Reports -Figure 4 (coal, overburden, and overburden pre- <br />splits). Colowyo will also keep records that comply with Rule 4.08 for any other types of <br />blasts that may potentially occur on site, such as those that may be used during road, <br />pond, or facilities construction. These blasting records, along with monthly pit records <br />(hardcopy and electronic copy) and periodic airblast records, can be used to compile all <br />of the information necessary to recreate the blast and contain the data necessary to <br />comply with Rule 4.08.5. <br />General Blasting Procedures <br />Colowyo gives warning and all-clear signals of different character that are audible within <br />a range of one-half mile from the point of the blast.
