<br />EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br />This plan is provided for quick response to spillage and control of hazardous or toxic chemicals, <br />including petroleum waste products. Included is the response to fires of these materials. <br />FIRST RESPONDER <br />1. Contact the shop foreman (emergency coordinator) at phone extension 520 or 573; or <br />use radio call to 520. <br />2. Secure the area. In case of a Ere, use Etre protection equipment to protect yourself and <br />fellow employees. Incase of fire concerned with PCB transformers, vacate the area. <br />EMERGENCY COORDINATOR <br />In case of a spill of hazardous material or petroleum products, contain the spill <br />immediately. Correct the source of release and clean up the released materials and all <br />residues. Use the containment materials provided at the carpenter shop. <br />2. In case of Ere of hazardous material or petroleum products, contact the Craig Fire <br />Department at 911. <br />3. Call out the rescue squad if required. <br />4. Notify the Facility Emergency Coordinator, Larry Henderson, radio unit ]43, phone <br />143, home phone 824214. If no answer, contact Forrest Luke, radio unit 140, phone <br />140, home phone 824-2871. <br />5. If required, notify Safety Engineer, Roy McAnally, radio number 123, phone 123, home <br />phone 824-3270. If no answer, contact Frank Self, phone extension 122, home phone <br />824-9239. <br />6. If required, notify Stan Lucier, Maintenance Superintendent, radio number 500, phone <br />extension 500, home phone 824-2874. <br />FACILITY EMERGENCY COORDINATOR <br />1. Assist Emergency Coordinator in controlling the emergency response and cleanup of <br />the spill and disposal of wastes. <br />2. Contact Manager of Environmental Quality, Maintenance Superintendent and Vice <br />President of Operations. <br />3. Notify appropriate local, state and federal emergency response authorities as required. <br />4. Complete action as outlined in the SPCC Plan and Contingency Plan. <br />MANAGER ENVIRONMENTAL OUALITYMCE PRESIDENT -OPERATIONS <br />Notify the Regional Administrator and appropriate local and state authorities. <br />2.
