Springer: <br />The Division has received notification from the Colorado Department of Health <br />that Bear Mine No. 3 has had a discharge which exceeded NPDES limits for TSS <br />for the periods of April 1, 1985 through June 30, 1985. Pursuant to Rule <br />4.OS.13(2)(a), Bear Coal Company must notify the Division "within five (5) <br />days after analytical results of the sample collections indicate that <br />noncompliance with a permit condition or applicable standard has occurred". <br />Also, the Division requests that Bear Coal submit a copy of all past <br />correspondence concerning this discharge to the Division. <br />Sincerely, <br />,~:~a~~~~ ~~~r <br />Randall P.
