(COLOWYO); CDPS PERMIT NO. COG-600561
SECOND QUARTER 2004 POTABLE WATER DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORTS (DMR)
Dear Ms. Watson,
Colowyo is submitting the second quarter potable water discharge monitoring reports to the Water Quality Control
Division for calendar year 2004. Please find the DMR reports attached for your review.
Discharge during the second quarter occurred once at outfalls 001 A and 002A in order to test the system for
proper function.
No Feld or laboratory measurements/analyses of outflow were taken during the second quarter of 2004 for
outfalls OOIA or 002A. Operational controls have been implemented since the issuance of this permit in order to
reduce the residence time and storage supply ofpotable water. These controls should minimize the necessity for
discharging potable water into the Gossard Pond and Lower Good Spring Creek. Field and laboratory
sampling/analyses will be conducted if discharges need to be initiated in the future.
Thank you for your consideration. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I can
be reached at (970) 824-1532.
Since IC
.
