I[ is based on preliminary design information <br />submitted to us by Western Fuels-Colorado, our understanding of the <br />proposed construction; review of applicable Monhose Cormty specifi- <br />cations and our experience with familiar projects. Variations can and <br />do occur in geotechnical matcrials and deparhrres from conditions <br />portrayed in the attached report are possible. In the event conditions <br />are detected that depart from those outlined in this report, Michael W. <br />West & Associates, Inc. should be notified immediately.
