Tentative Determination: State tentative determinations have been made in conjunction with the U.S. EPA <br />that IimitaGons and conditions imposed in these permits implement all applicable statutes and regulations <br />and water quality standards. <br />Public Meelines: Permit Action: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(b), by October 1. 2000, interested persons <br />may submit a written request for a public meeting on the tentative determination. The Division, after <br />considering all requests, may grant a public meeting for good cause shown. It will be held within sixty <br />(60) days of the date of public notice. <br />Public Comments: Permil AMions: Pursuant to 25-8-502(3)(c) interested persons may submit written <br />comments on the tentative determination provided they arc received by the Division by October 1.2000. <br />All comments received prior to said date will be wnsidered in the formulation of fiml conditions end <br />limitations. if a public meeting is held, the public comment period shall close sixty (60) days following the <br />public notice. <br />Following the public comment period and the public meeting, if one is held, the Department will issue or <br />deny the final permit. Interested parties then have thirty (30) days to request an adjudicatory hearing on the <br />permit. <br />Mailine Address: Public comments should be directed to the CDPHE, WQCD-P-B2, 43110 Cherry Creek <br />Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80246. <br />Further Information: Permit Actions: The draft permit is available for inspection at your County <br />Commissioner's Office and County Health Department, or can be obtained by writing to the Division at <br />the above address and paying a small chazge per page far copying fees. <br />Material Iniurv to Water Riehts: Ia accordance with C.R.S. 25-8-104 (2) (d) (1989), any person who <br />believes that any actions proposed in this notice have the potential to cause material injury to a water right <br />is advised to contact the Division, in writing by October 1.2000.
