Such action would most likely include <br />the imposition of civil penalties which can be as much as $[0,000 per day of violation. <br />Before we pursue further action, we request that you notify the Division as to your specific <br />intentions to eliminate further violations. Please submit a detailed response by April 19, <br />1993. <br />
