§2.05 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT FOR SURFACE OR UNDERGROUND MINING ACTIVITIES - <br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATION AND RECLAMATION PLANS. <br />• 2.05.9 Reclamation Plan. <br />(2) (a) (Cont'd) <br />Reclamation of the West Mine water pipeline would be <br />completed following construction during the Fall, 1986, or <br />Spring, 1987. Where the pipeline trench was located along <br />a graveled portion of the jeep trail, gravel would be <br />replaced over the area. Un-graveled areas would be re- <br />vegetated. <br />II. Final Reclamation and Abandonment Program <br />Interim reclamation will be ongoing throughout the life of <br />the West Mine project, as discussed above. Upon <br />completion of mining activities, all equipment, buildings, <br />conveyors, etc. will be removed from the landscape. All <br />areas of disturbance will be cleaned of debris, graded, <br />_ and re-vegetated. Reclamation will be conducted in <br />accordance with lease stipulations of the Bureau of Land <br />Management and in compliance with all applicable state and <br />federal laws and regulations. <br />The anticipated schedule for final abandonment upon <br />completion of all mining activities will be: <br />1. Complete demolition and disposal of buildings within <br />• approximately one month; <br />2. Somewhat overlapping building removal, excavation, <br />backfilling, and compaction within approximately two . <br />months; and, <br />3. Approximately two months of final grading, drainage <br />control, and re-vegetation during the fall and <br />spring of the year to maximize plant growth.
