<br /> <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />Seedin Seeding will be done shortly after the topsoil is applied to <br />prevent excess weed growth and loss of soil by erosion. Seed will be planted <br />with a drill designed to plant grass seed. The area will be seeded sometime <br />between the end of March and the middle of April. <br />The following are the recommended species: <br />Species <br />Percent of Seeding Rate Per Acre, <br />Mixture Pure Live Seed <br />blue grama Bouteloua gracilis 31 .62 <br />side-oats grama Bouteloua curtipendula 30 2.7 <br />little bluestem Schizachyrium scoparium 25 1.75 <br />yellow sweetclover Meliotus officinalis 14 1.0 <br />Mulching: Mulch will consist of hay or straw, free of noxious weed seed, <br />applied at the rate of 4,000 pounds per acre. At least 50% of the material should <br />be 10" or more in length. The mulch can be anchored by a disc plow with its discs <br />set straight. Enough weight should be on the plow to crimp the mulch 4" into <br />the soil. <br />Protection: The area will be protected from grazing and disturbance until <br />it is stabilized. The funding for the <br />reclamation program will begin in the year that the reclamation commences. <br />
