Access Read Construction: Attached please find two additional exhibits <br />to the application. Exhibit A provides additional detail to road and <br />drainage structures. Exhibit B provides additional details specific to <br />road construction and culvert cross sections. <br />2. Access Read Drainage: The collection ditches (refer to Exhibits A s B) <br />will collect the drainage from the magazine area which then flows north <br />along the access road. An 18 inch culvert will direct the drainage flow <br />from the east side of the access road to the west side of the road. From <br />that point the combined flow will enter an existing colle=tion ditch below <br />the diesel storage tanks. This combined flow will then be directed into <br />the existing work area sediment pond. <br />3. Reclamation Should be Addressed: As stated in the April 3, 1984 applica- <br />tion, final reclamation will proceed in accordance with the approved plans <br />addressed in Rule 2.05 and Rule 4 as desc-ibed in tte Colowyo Permit Aop=i- <br />cation. <br />Specifically, the explosive magazine and access road areas will be graded <br />to blend in with the surrounding terrain, scarified, 12 inches of topsoil <br />replaced and seeded. <br />. REQUIREMENT <br />Design drawings and sizing specifications should be provided for the <br />collection ditch. <br />
