During this quarter, three NPDES outfalls were active. Outfa11001 quit flowing the last <br />week of May. OutfalLs 002 and 020 dischazged routinely throughout the quarter. Outfalls 005, 008, 009, 011, 012, <br />013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 021 and 023 did not dschazge during the quarter. Outfalls 022 and 024 aze <br />associated with sediment ponds that have not yet been constructed. No dischazges aze reported for these outfalls. <br />Values reported on the enclosed DMRs represent the maximum (or min;mnm as applicable) monthly/daily values <br />generated at each outfall during the quarter. <br />Also enclosed aze monthly NOAA weather summaries for the reporting period and WET test report forms as <br />applicable. Outfa11020 was sampled for two species acute WET analyses during the quarter. A single species acute <br />test (P. promelas) was completed at outfa11002 in February of 2004. Results for these outfall WET tests aze <br />included with this report. No exceedences of WET test limitations were observed at any tested outfalls during the <br />applicable reporting periods. <br />No exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred doting the quarter.
